MyHouse is the first multi-brand store in Romania operating in the segment of decorations, tableware and luxury gifts, opened in 1998.

Since then, it has represented the most famous luxury brands in the field: Rosenthal, Versace, Hermes Paris, LALIQUE, Christofle, Sambonet, Richard Ginori 1735 and Villeroy & Boch. Products found at MyHouse bear the signatures of renowned designers and architects such as Walter Gropius, Gianni Cinti, Marcello Morandini, Gianni and Donatella Versace, Marcel Wanders, Andy Warhol, Andree Putman, Rene Lalique and Zaha Hadid.

Main pain points identitifed

• Slow and complex process of importing products from catalogues provided by brands, done completely manually by two employees
• Difficult import files checks for ensuring that all the data included was correct

The approach

• In 3 weeks we digitised brand catalogues with over 5000 products for Rosenthal, Lalique, Christofle, Sambonet, Rosenthal Versace and Rosenthal Hutschenreuther.
• Using an UiPath attended robot, we transposed the data from the master files and from the websites of the producers in the upload format suitable for the VTEX E-commerce platform

MyHouse now has an extensive list of products that they can show on their website, giving their clients the opportunity to choose from the complete offer of the producers by placing individual requests for products that are not in stock.
